Diell Rexhepi

I’m a forward-thinking graduate student, on the verge of completing a Master’s in Economics: Innovation and Change from the University of Jena, Germany. My academic journey began with a Bachelor’s in Economics, specializing in Finance & Banking at the South East European University in North Macedonia. My cultural horizons expanded during an enriching Erasmus exchange at the University of Aveiro in Portugal, where I not only gained academic insights but also developed a global mindset.

In addition to my academic pursuits, I’ve actively invested in developing my professional skills. Trainings which I took part in “Public Speaking” and “Workplace Behavior” topics have equipped me with effective communication strategies and a nuanced understanding of workplace dynamics. 

My diverse professional background includes roles as a Credit Analyst in a well-known and respected bank in North Macedonia, and as an Investment, Operations, and Communications Assistant at Dielli Invest LTD in Albania. Holding a certification in TS410 for Integrated Business Processes in SAP S/4HANA, I showcase a commitment to staying at the forefront of technological advancements.

 

Beyond my academic and professional pursuits, my linguistic diversity sets me apart. Fluent in Albanian, Turkish, Macedonian, and English, with a B1 German certificate, and ability to understand other slavic languages, I navigate seamlessly across linguistic boundaries. This multilingual proficiency enhances my ability to collaborate effectively in international settings.

 

In summary, I bring a unique blend of academic knowledge, practical experience, multilingual proficiency, and a passion for innovation. With a commitment to excellence, I am eager to contribute meaningfully to dynamic projects in the ever-evolving fields of economics and finance.
